This project involved the conservation and restoration of a grand, well-preserved 80-year-old family home in East Fremantle.

Special Commendation - City of Fremantle Heritage Award 2005

Works included an upper-level extension, predominantly contained in the roof space, restoration of grounds, including an existing garage, and the construction of a new garage to house a vintage car collection.

The brief gently adapted the graceful, and well-preserved buildings and grounds into a contemporary home. The significant historic fabric has been retained with integrity, and in a manner that will carry it well into the future.
