Commercial architecture is expansive in scope, exacting in attention to detail. Our signature design elements - specialist large span steel fabrication, custom designed modular furniture, and strategic use of natural airflow for ventilation - demonstrate the lateral approach required to tie together big picture design concepts in such a way that every aspect of a building and its use are part of a complete, coherent whole.
Ultimately, commercial spaces should be designed around people. The most pleasant (and therefore, productive) work environments have abundant natural light, ambient noise levels, excellent ventilation, and a variety of activity hubs for private or collaborative, casual or formal formats.
Sustainability is fundamental to our approach to commercial design, on both environmental and economical fronts. Our own commercial premises features insulation, LED lighting, provisions for solar array, water capture and energy efficient temperature control - our energy usage is so low that we expect to be off the grid in the near future.
